If you cannot open Ash Atlas, enter the email used for the account. This only creates a pending verification request; typing an email cannot delete an account.
What happens next
- Authenticated requests are tied to the current verified account, require the exact confirmation phrase, revoke active web and native sessions, close gameplay connections, and prevent further sign-in while the request is reviewed.
- Requests from this public page remain pending until Pangolyn Studios verifies account ownership. We do not disclose whether an arbitrary email belongs to an account.
- Deletion is completed through manual processing. Support will confirm the outcome or explain any lawful retention that applies.
Data treatment
- During processing, support removes the account email, sessions, device links, private profile data, inventory, and progression where the current data model permits safe deletion. The account and Google identity mapping remain non-loginable while a request is pending; final processing may retain a minimal tombstone when needed to prevent the same Google identity from silently recreating an account.
- Public or shared-world records such as authored chat, kingdom, market, trade, or world history may be anonymized instead of removed so other players and the shared world remain consistent.
- Security, fraud, moderation, legal, and transaction records may be retained only when necessary for those purposes. Routine auth sessions and auth events are cleaned after 90 days; operational telemetry defaults to 30–90 days by category (client 30, server/world 60, gameplay/player/inventory 90), subject to the configured policy. The deletion request itself remains available for processing and audit; support will identify any case-specific retention.
