Play fairly and keep the shared world safe

• Do not threaten, harass, target, stalk, or encourage harm against another person.
• Do not post hate, sexual content involving minors, sexual exploitation, illegal instructions, or content that puts people at risk.
• Do not impersonate Pangolyn Studios LLC, evade a block or moderation action, spam, scam, cheat, exploit bugs, or interfere with the service.
• Fantasy combat and cartoon violence are part of Ash Atlas gameplay; real-world threats and abuse are not.
• Only post text and other material you are allowed to share. Do not upload personal information about someone else.

Reporting, blocking, and moderation

Use the in-game Report action on a message or player. Use Block Player to stop direct messages and hide blocked public/scoped chat. Reports are queued for review and may result in content removal, a mute, account action, or dismissal. A bounded automated filter masks common profanity and rejects a small set of high-risk phrases; it is not perfect and does not replace human review. Do not use reports for retaliation or false claims.

We may preserve limited content, account, security, fraud, moderation, and legal records needed to investigate abuse or comply with law. Contact [email protected] if you need help, want to appeal an action, or cannot use an in-game report.

Accounts and changes

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping sign-in access secure. We may suspend or restrict access to protect players, the shared world, or the service. You can request account deletion at playashatlas.com/delete-account; requests are authenticated or ownership-verified and are manually processed, so a request is not an instant erasure.

We may update these rules when the service or law changes. A material update requires acceptance of the new version before posting player content. The current version is 2026-09-15-v1.
